An embodied exploration of inner and outer wellbeing 

In a time of constant movement and rapid change, taking time to connect with our inner wellbeing and the world around us has never been more vital. Nested Wellbeing is a 3-part online series that invites you to deeply explore the interconnected layers of wellness within ourselves, our relationships, and our places. Designed to integrate embodied practices with reflective insights, this course offers you an immersive and experiential journey toward a more holistic sense of wellbeing.

Over three weekly 1.5-hour sessions, we’ll guide you through:

✨ Session 1: Wellbeing Within Ourselves – Body, Mind, and Emotions
Tune into your inner landscape to explore and cultivate wellbeing through embodied practices that reconnect you with your body, mind, and emotional self.

✨ Session 2: Wellbeing with Our Relations – Inter-being with Family, Colleagues, and Community
Gain new perspectives on your relationships allowing you to nurture healthier, more fulfilling connections within your personal and professional spheres.

✨ Session 3: Wellbeing with Our Places – Deepening Connection with Place and the Natural World
Cultivate a meaningful sense of connection with your surroundings and the natural world, to enrich our understanding of what it means to belong.

Each session integrates embodied practices, self and group reflection to deepen your understanding and prepare you for the next week’s journey. 

By the end of this series, participants will:

  • See your wellbeing with new insight, recognising the interconnected nature of wellbeing between self, relationships, and environment.

  • Grow your embodied awareness and bring wellness into daily life through new perspectives.

  • Enhance your connection to nature, place, and the natural rhythms around them.

  • Leave with fresh perspectives and practices to support a balanced, life-giving approach to work, relationships, and personal growth.

This series is ideal for individuals and professionals seeking to enhance their wellbeing, deepen their sense of place and purpose, and cultivate skills to thrive in a complex world. All are welcome to join us on this journey toward integrated, nested wellbeing.

YOUR FACILITATORS

School of Being is a learning community, and a space to restore well-being within ourselves, in our relationships, our places and our living world. Our practices help us to unlearn and learn ways of being to support a flourishing future.

 

Vivien Sung is a systemic designer, regenerative practitioner, and educator passionate about facilitating individual and collective change to restore wellbeing and right relationship with our living world. Her deep curiosity has led her on a lifelong quest to explore diverse modalities that foster societal and planetary well-being. By integrating her expertise in visual and systems thinking, leadership and inner development, regenerative practices, systemic constellations, earth-based traditions and energy healing, she stewards transformative pathways for inner and outer renewal. She believes that transitioning to flourishing futures will involve much more than technological advancement but a rekindling of heart, creativity and spirit.

Jax Wechsler is a trauma-informed facilitator, educator, and coach passionate about change, inner development and enabling better futures for individuals, society and the planet. She has been interested in earth based spirituality for 20 years and over the last few has been on a personal journey into greater embodiment and new ways of being. Studying neuroscience, nature constellations, somatic coaching and polyvagal theory has helped her draw a link between intergenerational, personal and collective trauma, personal and collective resilience, and creativity. She strongly believes that new ways of being will help people to meet current social and environmental challenges, to thrive and to flourish.
