CULTIVATING NEW WAYS OF BEING

‘All the tendencies present in the outer world are to be found in the world of our body. If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change.’
~
Mahatma Gandhi

Climate change and environmental pressures are increasing with change efforts focused on the external situation. However, the external world is not separate from us. We are entangled and part of the systems we have inherited, from our beliefs and values to systems and structures. To co-create the transition needed to a regenerative world, we will require both internal and external shifts. To navigate a transitioning world, we will need resilience to navigate emergence, change and everyday challenges and a strong foundation of inner skills and capabilities, relationality and connection.

Inner development helps to shift our consciousness, helping us to unblock the barriers within ourselves to see differently and be differently, so we can act differently…together to co-create a flourishing world in relation to our living world.

We are opening this course up for teams to develop team capacity to foster greater productivity, resilience, agility and creativity.
