Nourish, Play and Connect Retreat

The School of Being would like to invite you to our very first in person retreat in beautiful Jervis Bay on Yuin Country to explore practices to restore wellbeing within ourselves, our relations, our places and our living world. Our learning journeys aim to develop inner capacity to help you to increase your presence, your capacity to sense and respond, resilience, and creativity.

The retreat will be held on a beautiful 8 acre bush property close to national parks and beaches in Jervis Bay (2-2.5 hours from Sydney and Canberra) on Fri 12 April, 7:00pm to Sun 14 April, 1pm

This weekend immersion is for people interested in wellbeing and new ways of being, who wish to explore practices informed by Somatic, Creative, Nature-based and Regenerative approaches within a small learning community.

We will together work with practices that can support the inner changes required for individual and collective transformation. Through cultivating deeper awareness of ourselves, we are better placed to reimagine and actualise a flourishing living world for our lives and all of our kin.
