Cultivate new ways of being : Inner Leadership

We live in a world of rapid change and growing complexity.
How do we navigate these challenges—both within ourselves and in the world around us?

‘We do not see things as they are, we see them as we are.’ ~ Anaïs Nin

This insight reminds us that our inner state shapes how we perceive and engage with the world. To create meaningful change—within ourselves, our work, and our communities— we must cultivate practices to support our growth and new ways of being.

 What you’ll explore

This experiential and transformative learning journey invites you to shift how you be, how you see, how you sense—so that you can act in new ways. Through five immersive sessions, you will develop the inner capacity to lead yourself in relation to others and create meaningful change in your life, at work, and in the world around you.

Over five online sessions, you’ll engage with frameworks, tools, and practices designed to enhance Presence, Self-Awareness, Openness, Integrity, and your Inner Compass. These qualities align with the Inner Development Goals (IDGs), equipping you with skills for personal growth and collective transformation. The IDGs are a globally recognised framework that defines the inner capacities individuals need to drive sustainable societal transformation.

Session 1: Presence

The art of being fully in the here and now, free of judgement.
How are you listening? What are you sensing?

Session 4: Integrity and Authenticity

Communicate authentically with sincerity, honesty in alignment with your values.
Key Practice: Are you relating with integrity?

Session 5: Inner Compass

Develop a sense of purpose rooted in service to the whole.
Key Practice: Who am I beyond my skills and knowledge? What does my heart say?

YOUR FACILITATORS

School of Being is a learning community, and a space to restore well-being within ourselves, in our relationships, our places and our living world. We help seed change from the inside out, sharing practices that help us to unlearn and learn ways of being to support a flourishing future.

Jax Wechsler is a trauma-informed facilitator, educator, and coach passionate about change, inner development and enabling better futures for individuals, society and the planet. She has been interested in earth based spirituality for 20 years and over the last few has been on a personal journey into greater embodiment and new ways of being. Studying neuroscience, nature constellations, somatic coaching and polyvagal theory has helped her draw a link between intergenerational, personal and collective trauma, personal and collective resilience, and creativity. She strongly believes that new ways of being will help people to meet current social and environmental challenges, to thrive and to flourish.

Vivien Sung is a systemic designer, regenerative practitioner, and educator passionate about facilitating individual and collective change to restore wellbeing and right relationship with our living world. Her deep curiosity has led her on a lifelong quest to explore diverse modalities that foster societal and planetary well-being. By integrating her expertise in visual and systems thinking, leadership and inner development, regenerative practices, systemic constellations, earth-based traditions and energy healing, she stewards transformative pathways for inner and outer renewal. She believes that transitioning to flourishing futures will involve much more than technological advancement but a rekindling of heart, creativity and spirit.
